The Muskegon Chamber Choir owes heartfelt thank you’s to several organizations and individuals for making our autumn semester a success.  We wish to acknowledge the Shoreline Symphony for allowing us to perform with them at the Frauenthal Center in November. Singing Brahm’s Schicksaslied with the Symphony was a thrill. Secondly, we wish to thank the Community Foundation for Muskegon County for their financial support this year. We also want to acknowledge the generosity of Central United Methodist Church for providing rehearsal space and for hosting our annual Christmas concert, “A Wreath of Carols.”

Finally, although she is one of us, we need to give a special shout-out to Cheryl Lohman, our accompanist. Cheryl’s help at every rehearsal is invaluable, and her artistry at the keyboard during concerts is amazing. Whether she is helping us sound better or performing works for piano only, as she did during the Wreath of Carols, it is a joy to work with her and hear her play. Brava, Cheryl!
